Prof Dr Christoph Holtwisch

Prof. Dr. Holtwisch has been Managing Director of the STW Münster since 2021 and is Professor of Public Management at IU International University. Prior to this, he was Mayor of the town of Vreden (2009–2020) and spokesperson for the mayors and deputy mayors in the district of Borken.
