Jérémy Rossignol is Head of the Universities Department at the French-German Youth Office (OFAJ/DFJW). He holds a Master’s degree in European and Public Affairs from Sciences Po Bordeaux and studied at the University of Hamburg. He has over twelve years of experience in French-German and European cooperation and has worked in both France and Germany, including at the French Embassy in Berlin. His work focuses on youth mobility, vocational training, higher education exchanges, and civic engagement.
